Hey Jaydee I was born across the river from St. Louis in Belleville, Illinois and moved to Texas when I was about 3yo. Years later, my dad would complain about "those damn yankees!" and I said, but dad we ARE yankees aren't we? He said NO, that Illinois was a "volunteer state" in the Civil War... not Union or Confederate. Yeah okay dad... paint whatever picture you want about it... haha.
Boy that bread pudding with whiskey sauce sounds mighty good.
And don't worry about Soapy, I'm sure he can get this figured out :)
