"Chrysanthemum Plant"

June 8, 2007 - August 20, 2007

This chrysanthemum plant was an anniversary present
To celebrate five years from the blessed event

When first given the plant it was so full of blooms
But alas, my black thumb was its impending doom!

I tried to take care and set it outside
Hoping the sun would not make it dried.

It sat in the rain, and then in the drought
I obviously should not have put it out.

From living with me the poor plant's been deprived
At this rate I'm lucky my Hubby's survived!
