Unbelievable. They're planning to put a ski resort about 5 minutes away from me here in Fort Worth. Even more unbelievable, this is the first I've heard of it.

My mother sent an e-mail to me tonight about this Bearfire Ski Resort, and I didn't believe it at first. I thought you've GOT to be kidding, some joker is sending these e-mails out to see who falls for it (and figured my mother did as always)... so I hit Snopes.com to see if it was a hoax, and then did the ole Google search. Joke's on me, it's a real project. Here's a video I found about it:





Wow, almost $700 million... we'll see if the project is developed.

By the way, for fun I think since it's next to the Texas Motor Speedway we should see how well those Nascars drive on "ice", haha. Could make the Busch series real interesting...
