oh, and here's some bottles we drew in class today
my art instructor must have a serious drinking problem,
she has an endless supply of wine bottles for still-lifes
excuse the bottles for not being perfectly even on both sides...
our main focus was on using COLOR, not proportions
I worked on showing reflections and color variation
and yes, the bottle was sitting INSIDE the blue bowl

empty when brought to class??? You can put the cat outside,dont know what you can do with s.a. hubby!!!!!!

One of the other bottles still was half full (half full, not half empty! lol) We offered to empty it for her, it would have made for more interesting artwork on our parts, haha. Plus it was a wine I like, Corbett Canyon Chardonnay.
And I'll be taking a vacation day from work to come up to Oaklawn! Yay
