"I want to quit the bank!"...
I'm in the process of getting DSL set up for our Internet, but SBC (or AT&T, or whoever they are this week) said it would take 5-7 weeks to convert the lines. So, in the meantime I have been using Netscape's free trial period for internet connection. Well, it's the end of the trial so I need to cancel my Netscape account. I went to the Netscape billing webpages to see what I need to do to cancel... don't you know it as soon as I type in the words "CANCEL ACCOUNT" into the billing search box, it gives me a page that says there's an internal server error. HHHmmmmm.... is it a mere coincidence? Ever try to cancel something like this before? They try to make it as hard as possible. To get new accounts you always see all the links that say SIGN UP NOW! or HURRY ACT NOW!! and likewise, but of course you'll never see the link for CLICK HERE FOR CANCELLATION!!! What a pain.

If you call them, they will sometimes offer you another month free to keep from losing you.
Thanks Anna. Problem was, trying to get to a phone number to contact them! Too late now though, was too busy with work so I never had a chance to contact them. But since my DSL still isn't connected yet I'll just keep using Netscape.
Hope you & Goatroper are doing okay~
