From the annals of "What the hell???"...

Driving home from Christmas shopping in Southlake I came upon this intersection where there were 5 pairs of tennis shoes hanging down from the power lines. I know it's hard to see in the photo, but you can kinda see them dangling down evenly spaced across the lines. Sure, you occassionally see one pair hanging from some lines, but 5 pairs? Made me wonder what the heck's the story behind THAT??
