That's it. Yep, I still suck. That's what I get for not following the races for the last couple months... now I need to watch what happens for a few weeks to get back up to speed. Good thing I'm not actually spending any money on these picks! I'll just watch for a while, and maybe bet later in the meet if I have the cash available to lose, or just wait until Oaklawn opens up.
Hey Longshot you were right, that Talamo kid is doing pretty good, he got a couple wins and several 2nds in the first few days of racing. Nice call.

Walker-I enjoy reading your Blog, like you, I'm ready for Oaklawn to open, dont know when I'll be back in Fort Worth, probably after 1st of the year. Happy Holidays now. jaydee from Hottalkers
Thanks jaydee... hope you're doing okay. Will you be spending the holidays with your kids this year? Holidays must be hard without Mildred, you should have family around you.
Maybe if you make it down here between April-July you can come see Lone Star. Besides that, I should be able to get to the luncheon at Oaklawn again this year if all goes well. It's becoming our 'yearly vacation'.
